Tom has an idea for a restaurant based on World War II memorabilia. The Mayor pairs Tom with his nephew, Terry, who has some ideas of his own. This ends badly with Tom getting knocked out cold by Terry and The Mayor feeding him cat food when Tom's unconscious.
